In the fall of 2004 I expressed the wish to start a solo-project in the field of Electronic/ Club Sound. My first track "Auszeit" was quickly completed and released in January 2005. Three years later my second track "Abreagieren" was finished and released in April 2008. After that, for the first time the idea came to my mind to offer more tracks in the format of a 12 inch maxi-single. The two tracks "Reisen" and "Kuhbrunnen" were created in 2008/ 2009 and were originally intended to be the A and B sides. A terrific idea for a chilled version of "Auszeit" changed the original plans fundamentally. The maxi single expanded into a 4-track EP. The original version of "Auszeit" has been re-recorded with newer technology and all other tracks are completed bit by bit. The recording and mixing process took a very long time due to other professional and private activities. In between, the work on the EP stood idle several times. Rough-mixes existed, but they were not yet ready for publication. At the end of 2017 it was time and the final mixes were ready in January 2018. Martin Bowes took over the mastering of the EP and really did a great job. It should pass some time until the release of the EP "Auszeit" and here is the result! Enjoy it!
